My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious with modern décor, making my evenings in Palm Springs very comfortable. Although they were clean and convenient, the industrial cleaner scent was a bit strong. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was great, close to everything in downtown Palm Springs and with cool evening entertainment. The dining experience, despite good choices, was a bit chilly outside for breakfast. Overall, a great stay with some minor downsides.
